Before joining the Computer Squad’s friendly team in 2017, Ivan worked as a IT Support at Indonesia for 4 years. Currently, he provides advanced user support, mobile devices troubleshooting, new computer roll-outs, and daily IT support operations.

Prior to starting his work at our company in 2015, Alex led workstation upgrades for Merrill Lynch, managed a 500+ computer roll-out, and provided Senior desktop support in large corporations.
